But now thus says the Lord, he who created you, O Jacob, he who formed you, O Israel: ‘Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by name, you are mine.'” -Isaiah 43:1

Stories of Redemption

As we see the urgent need of our precious young people in this ministry, we can’t help but be amazed that God has written each of their stories uniquely, called them each by name, and claimed them each for His Kingdom! We are celebrating some of the ways God has been working to redeem their stories!

  • Our Juvenile Justice Ministry team has finally been welcomed back (since Covid) into the State facility to start meeting with kids in Intake!
  • Campus Life Private Schools has officially launched middle school ministry with one of their schools!
  • Deaf Teen Quest will be launching their new club March 11th!

Here are some snapshots of what God has been doing since July 1st:

Jasmine’s Story: Waiting & Hoping

Jasmine is one of our Juvenile Justice Ministry youth. So young. Facing such a difficult sentence and difficult circumstances. One can only imagine the fear, hopelessness, and despair that could threaten each day to consume her. She has been shy every time we enter the facility, but one day, she was approached by a leader who spoke the exact words of truth she needed to hear. Her eyes filled with tears, and she said, “When you spoke to me, I feel like God really saw me.” And we know this to be true. God sees her there. God knows her, loves her, and is looking to redeem her. Jasmine waits each week now to see the leader who saw her. Please pray that God continues to open Jasmine’s eyes to the truth of His love for her!

Justin’s ‘Saved Story’

One young man attended Campus Life for the first time this year with his friend. That night, he opened up to a leader about how difficult his home life has become, and how he never wants to be home. They talked for hours, and the leader was able to share the Gospel. Justin prayed that night to receive Christ! Since then, he has been coming consistently to Campus Life and has even joined a local youth group! We praise God for saving Justin’s story!
