WELCOME HALEY
We are BEYOND excited to welcome Haley Gaines as the newest member of the CLPS team! Praise the LORD as He has grown the Private Schools team from one to three in just one school year! Haley is most excited to build deeper relationships with students. Please pray that Haley would be blessed by this new chapter in her life as well as this new chapter that the CLPS team will be heading into! Also pray for God to direct the CLPS team ministering to the private schools.
STUDENT LEADERSHIP
God has been faithful and we have identified 11 students to join our three returning leaders. One goal we have is to provide even more opportunities for our student leaders to connect and collaborate with one another. Please pray that this new group of students would be engaged and excited to develop new relationships and work together to be lights among their peers. Please pray that our team of adult leaders would steward their gifts and guide them well.
SEASIDE SUMMER SERVICE PROGRAM
We are thrilled to announce that this July, we will be partnering with FOCUS (Fellowship of Christians at Universities and Schools) to hold a program called Seaside Service! During the week of July 10-17th, 15 students and 6 leaders will spend several days volunteering with Habitat for Humanity and participate in a tailored leadership development program rooted in the Christian faith. Please continue to pray for God to fill the remaining spots with the students He would like to attend. Please also pray that God would establish deep bonds and rich relationships among students and with leaders as a result of our time together this summer.
